In the article authors propose a methodical approach to modeling and forecasting innovative activity of regional economic systems, as well its testing on example Polish voivodships. The involves calculation integrated indices innovation regions, taking into account correlation analysis evaluation indicators calculations coefficients impact index, which allows predict most influential regions index. For forecasting, scenario is used, provides an approximate approximation forecast parameter, using two or three iterations obtain index systems. proposed methodological will help focus efforts authorities factors specific achieve goal sustainable development based regions.
